It's really helpful to have these trackers on sticky notes and move them throughout my planner as needed so that I can always see my habits at a glance.
These were a total impulse add on to my shopping. I generally write out in my planner every day the habits I'm trying to grow. I'd always get grumpy with myself for using so much space just to remember to take my vitamins! These fit nicely on my weekly goals page, and easy peasy to stay on top of mind.
I track certain things every week in my companion notebooks, but it was always not as nice as I'd like. This will make it easy peasy and neat.
I wanted a habit tracker that I could easily move around multiple times (planner, desk, bathroom mirror.), and these are just great!
These habit tracker sticky notes are *chef’s kiss*.
They stick great (no weird curling), even to non-paper surfaces. I use mine to remind me of some of my goals/supporting habits while at work. I have a desk job and forget to replenish my water bottle or get up and move, so I write in habits like “Leave desk every hour” and “Refill water bottle at 12 pm” and put the sticky tracker on my computer monitor so my wellness goals of movement and hydration are front and center even away from home
