Order Changes
Can I add or remove an item from my order?

We are so excited for you to receive your order! Our shipment facilities in California work to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, so we cannot make changes to an order once it is placed.

If you need more help, submit a request, and one of our team members will be happy to help you.

Can I make a change to my order?

Our orders are processed through to our shipping partners as soon as it is received. Unfortunately, we are unable to make any changes to the order details once submitted (name, products, address, billing info, cancelations, etc.). Please verify that all information is correct before submitting your order through our store.

Can I return or exchange my order?

All of our products are non-refundable. However, we fully stand behind the quality of our products if there is a manufacturing defect, or if your package arrives damaged. We will gladly send a replacement if you notify us within seven days of receiving your order. Please submit a request if you need help for a damaged item.

My package has been lost or stolen. What should I do?

If you believe your package has been lost or stolen, we recommend that you contact your local US Postal Office and provide them with your tracking number and package details. Unfortunately, we cannot locate a package once it has left our facility and is in transit with the USPS. The postal service will want to speak with the package recipient directly in determining the next course of action in ensuring your packages are delivered successfully.

Once you have submitted a claim through the USPS, please email a copy of your claim, so we can take the steps needed to issue a replacement if necessary.

Do you ship internationally?

Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping directly from our store at this time. However, we do recommend setting up an account and using the service Shipito to have your packages forwarded to your international destination (rates vary but tend to be less expensive than direct shipping).

As a thank you to our international customers for taking the extra step to use a freight forwarder, we would like to offer a one-time use “free shipping” code in our store to help offset the cost of using two providers to receive our products. Please send us an email requesting a code for your international order, and you will receive your code within 48 hours.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes, we do! We offer a 10% discount on purchases of 10 or more items. Please submit a request if you are interested in placing a bulk order.

Do you sell your products wholesale?

Thank you so much for your interest in our products! We have decided to focus our efforts on building relationships directly with our customer base, and do not have wholesale opportunities available currently. If you’d like us to notify you if we decided at a later date to expand into the wholesale market, please submit a request, and we will add you to our interest list.

What is your refund policy for live events and online courses?

All tickets and purchases for online courses are non-refundable and non-transferable. If you are unable to attend an event for the date you have purchased a ticket, please submit a request, and one of our team members will be happy to reserve a seat for you at our next event.
