If you would like to see your past purchases, collect MäksēPoints, or manage your ClubMäksē subscription you can create an account with the email address you used for purchase. To do this, click on "log in" on the top of MakseLife.com, click on "create account" and once the account is set up, your past purchases and points earned will automatically be loaded!
Order Changes
Thank you so much for your order! Our shipment facilities in Chicago work to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, so unfortunately we cannot make changes to an order once it is placed.
If you need more help, submit a request, and our Customer Care Team will be happy to help you.
Our orders are processed through to our shipping partners as soon as they are received.
Unfortunately, we’re unable to make any changes to the order details once submitted (name, product, address, billing info, cancellations, etc.). Please take extra care in verifying all information is correct before submitting your order through our store.
All sales are final and our products are non-refundable. However, we fully stand behind the quality of our products. If there is a manufacturing defect or if your package arrives damaged, please let us know within 72 hours of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to send you a replacement.
Please submit a request if you need help for a damaged item.
Shipping
Most of our orders are shipped out via UPS Surepost. Lighter orders are shipped via USPS. International orders are shipped via USPS.
If you don’t see movement on your package for a few days, don’t worry! In most cases, especially with recent delays, your package is still on it’s way to you. If you believe your package to be lost or stolen after a full 10 days of no movement, please submit a request, and our customer care team will take the steps necessary to make sure you’re taken care of.
Usually when your package has been marked as delivered, but not there, it will show up in a day or two. If it doesn’t, we suggest reaching out to your local post office first to see if they can pinpoint the location in which it was dropped off. Please contact us if you’re unable to locate it.
At this time we are shipping directly to the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Europe!
Due to COVID restrictions, limitations and extended delays, we are unable to offer shipping to any other international destinations at this time.
Our customers have used and had great success with the freight-forwarder, Shipito, for a similar shipping cost direct-from-store. We recommend setting up an account and using the service Shipito to have your packages forwarded to your international destination (rates vary but tend to be less expensive than direct shipping).
Please know that we’re working towards shipping directly to more international destinations in the future.
We ship all of our International orders via USPS First Class International OR USPS Priority International (depending on which option you select at checkout) who then transfers to your local postal service when it leaves the US. Shipping costs for International orders are automatically calculated at checkout based on the prices provided by USPS on that given day.
Please note that there is a weight limit for USPS First Class International. If you don’t see that as a shipping option at checkout, and you have multiple items in your order, it may be that your order is too heavy. USPS Priority International is your only option for heavier orders.

Makselife does not handle any customs, duties or taxes that may be charged when shopping outside of the US. If you do incur any of the above fees, it is your responsibility to pay them.
MäksēLife is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. If you refuse to pay these fees and your order is returned to us, your shipping costs will not be refunded and a $10 restocking fee will be withheld from your refund.
Please check with your country’s customs office prior to checking out to determine any additional costs you may be responsible for.
Wholesale
Yes, we do! We offer a 10% discount on purchases of 10 or more items. Please submit a request if you are interested in placing a bulk order.
Thank you so much for your interest in our products! We have decided to focus our efforts on building relationships directly with our customer base, and do not have wholesale opportunities available currently. If you’d like us to notify you if we decided at a later date to expand into the wholesale market, please submit a request, and we will add you to our interest list.
Refund Policy
All of our products are non-refundable once your order is placed. However, we fully stand behind the quality of our products. If there is a manufacturing defect or if your package arrives damaged, please let us know within 72 hours of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to send you a replacement.
Monthly Membership (charged at $59, monthly): You may cancel your membership at any time, however, due to the delivery of training materials, refunds will not be given for the current month subscription.
Your access to the ClubMäksē group and content will be revoked on the first business day of the month following the month in which you canceled your membership.
Quarterly Membership (charged at $150, every 3 months): You may cancel your membership at any time, however, due to the delivery of training materials, refunds will not be given for ClubMäksē.
Your access to the ClubMäksē group and content will be revoked on the first business day of the month following the completion of your 3-month term.

Absolutely not. If you've committed to a Makselife planner for 2022 you have everything you need to set and achieve your goals. ClubMäksē is your opportunity to go deeper into the nuances of the work throughout your planner pages and extra accountability and support throughout your journey.
Absolutely! We love #teamreplay! All of your monthly content is housed in a guide within our Facebook group you can easily access anyhthing, whenever you need it!
You also have access to our private podcast feed, which holds the audio for all of our trainings. Perfect for learning on the go or whenever you can fit it in!
Absolutely not! The beauty of the Clubmakse curriculum is that, no matter when you jump in, you’ll be perfectly on time. There are no pre-required trainings to participate and we encourage members to just begin, even if they fall behind.
However, when you join you will also get access to our past trainings, workbooks and bonuses from 2022 to consume at your leisure.
Once you're signed up, your membership will automatically renew until either you or our customer care team cancel. Your membership will renew on the same day each month. So, if you sign up on 3/29, your quarterly membership will renew on 6/29. You have until your renewal date to cancel your membership and avoid being charged. Our Customer Care team are happy to help if you’re having trouble canceling your auto-renew payment.
Due to the nature of the membership, we do not offer refunds on ClubMäksē.

Makse Digital
A digital planner is an interactive PDF version of our popular paper planners.
It’s designed for use on tablets and replicates the familiar goal-setting framework our community loves while adding a layer of flexibility through digital features like hyperlinks, annotation tools, and customizable layouts.
You can use our digital planners with note-taking apps like GoodNotes, Notability, or Noteshelf to type, draw, add stickers, and plan your goals and reflections.
Digital planners function similarly to paper planners, but instead of turning physical pages, you tap on hyperlinks to navigate between goal-setting sections, monthly spreads, and weekly reflections.
Like a traditional planner, these digital versions require manual input for each section and do not automatically sync with calendar apps like Apple Cal, Google Calendar, etc.

To get started, you need:

- Apple Pencil or Stylus: Writing, drawing, and replicating a natural pen-and-paper feel.
- Note-taking App: A note-taking/annotation app that accepts hyperlinked PDF documents such as Goodnotes, Notability, Noteshelf, Penly, CollaNote, and many more.

However, our planners are versatile and compatible with various devices, styluses, and note-taking apps such as Notability, Noteshelf, Drawboard, Xodo, Zinnia and most PDF readers. This flexibility allows you to tailor your digital planning setup to your personal preferences, ensuring you can enjoy MäksēLife’s goal-setting framework on any platform that suits your needs.

Yes! While MäksēLife tutorials focus on iPads, the digital planners are compatible with any note-taking app that can read and annotate PDFs (e.g. Penly, Noteshelf, etc.)
It is recommended that you try the FREE sample on your device before purchasing since we cannot offer refunds on digital products.
Apple devices need to be upgraded to iOS 13 or higher & Androids need to be v6 and higher. The Makselife Digital Products may work with previous operational versions, but we cannot guarantee functionality.

To make your digital planning experience feel closer to traditional paper, consider adding these personal touches:

- Apple Pencil Grip/Sleeve: This makes the Apple Pencil easier to hold for long planning sessions.
- Apple Pencil Replacement Tips: We found changing your pencil tips to finer tip replacement makes writing more controlled and smoother
In apps like GoodNotes and Notability, you need to switch to “Read Mode” to use hyperlinks. To jump between different sections, simply tap on tabs, icons, or text links. If hyperlinks are not working, ensure you are in read mode or try long-pressing the link to open it manually.

It’s important to note that if you decide to use the Digital MäksēLife Planner on two separate devices with different operating systems (e.g., iOS and Android), they will not automatically sync with each other.
No, digital planners are static PDF documents, so entries will not sync with calendar apps like Google Calendar or Apple Calendar.
Similarly, what you write on one page will not automatically appear on other pages.

It’s embedded hyperlink shortcuts to open the Apple Calendar App, Reminders App, and/or Google Calendar App directly from your planner. While this won’t sync your entries, it will make it easier to access and integrate what you put down in your Mäksēlife planner with your preferred calendar/reminder application, ensuring that your digital schedule flows effortlessly with your Mäksēlife planner.

Our digital planners aren’t printables and were explicitly made for PDF-annotated applications.
Yes! We are not planning on discontinuing our Free Printables now that we have an interactive digital version of our Makselife Planners. We intend to keep our Free Printables available so everyone, including members of the #MakseFam, can have access to our products and systems, no matter their financial situation.
Your purchase comes with three downloads of the MäksēLife Digital Planner. We recommend uploading your original files to the cloud or Google Drive to permanently save them in case you need to access them later.
Upon purchasing your Digital Planner, you'll receive a download purchase email (this email will be separate from your traditional order confirmation email/receipt). When you click on the link, it will take you to a separate window where your digital planner and/or product will be accessible via download.
Depending on the app you choose, the best reference for getting more familiar with the inner navigation mechanisms is to visit the app's support website and social media sites. They do a great job of creating and curating tips, step-by-step instructions, and guides on how to utilize the apps' functions best.

Your free digital stickers, covers, and app are inside your digital planner and need to be downloaded once you open it in your preferred note-taking application. The download link is in your table of contents.

Hyperlinks Not Working: Ensure you are in read mode and haven’t deleted any pages, as this can break hyperlink paths.
File Type Errors: Make sure your note-taking app supports the file type you’re importing (e.g., unzipped PDF files).
Pro Tip: .zip files are incompatible with note-taking apps and must be unzipped before you import your digital planner and/or product.
Pro Tip: If you are getting a POSIX error, you need to use a stronger internet connection, Wi-Fi, and/or mobile hotspot to unzip your files. Apple creates the POSIX error when you don’t have a strong enough internet connection to uncompress/unzip your files.
Lag or Glitches: These are often due to app issues rather than the digital planner itself. Check for updates or report the problem to the app developer.
