Help! I'm getting a "no account found" error message!

It is possible you made a purchase without creating an account!

If you would like to see your past purchases, collect MäksēPoints, or manage your ClubMäksē subscription you can create an account with the email address you used for purchase. To do this, click on "log in" on the top of MakseLife.com, click on "create account" and once the account is set up, your past purchases and points earned will automatically be loaded!

Order Changes
Can I add or remove items from my order?

Thank you so much for your order! Our shipment facilities in Chicago work to fulfill orders as quickly as possible, so unfortunately we cannot make changes to an order once it is placed.

If you need more help, submit a request, and one of our team members will be happy to help you.

Can I make a change to my order?

Our orders are processed through to our shipping partners as soon as they are received. Unfortunately, we’re unable to make any changes to the order details once submitted (name, product, address, billing info, cancellations, etc.). Please take extra care in verifying all information is correct before submitting your order through our store.

My package is marked as delivered, but not in my mailbox! What should I do next?

Usually when your package has been marked as delivered, but not there, it will show up in a day or two. If it doesn’t, we suggest reaching out to your local post office first to see if they can pinpoint the location in which it was dropped off. Please contact us if you’re unable to locate it.

Can I return or exchange my order?

All sales are final and our products are non-refundable. However, we fully stand behind the quality of our products. If there is a manufacturing defect or if your package arrives damaged, please let us know within 72 hours of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to send you a replacement.

Please submit a request if you need help for a damaged item.

Shipping
When will my order ship?

Our standard processing time for our warehouse to ship out orders is 3-5 business days. During busy periods this timeframe may be increased, but will be displayed on our website and in your order confirmation email.

My package has been lost or stolen. What should I do?

If you don’t see movement on your package for a few days, don’t worry! In most cases, especially with recent delays, your package is still on it’s way to you. If you believe your package to be lost or stolen after a full 10 days of no movement, please submit a request, and our customer care team will take the steps necessary to make sure you’re taken care of.

Do you ship internationally?

At this time we are shipping directly to US and Canada addresses. Due to COVID restrictions, limitations and extended delays, we are unable to offer shipping to any other international destinations at this time.

Our customers have used and had great success with the freight-forwarder, Shipito, for a similar shipping cost direct-from-store. We recommend setting up an account and using the service Shipito to have your packages forwarded to your international destination (rates vary but tend to be less expensive than direct shipping).

Please know that we’re working towards shipping directly to more international destinations in the future.

What company do you use to ship to Canada?

We ship all of our Canadian orders via USPS First Class International who then transfers to Canada Post once it crosses the border. Shipping costs for Canadian orders are automatically calculated at checkout based on the prices provided by USPS on that given day.

Please note that there is a weight limit for USPS First Class International. If you don’t see a shipping option at checkout, and you have multiple items in your order, it may be that your order is too heavy and you may need to adjust your cart or place multiple orders.

How do you handle customers/duties/taxes charged for Canadian Orders?

Makselife does not handle any customs, duties or taxes that may be charged when shopping from Canada. If you do incur any of the above fees, it is your responsibility to pay them.

Makselife is not responsible for any of the above fees and will not refund shipping costs if your order is sent back to our warehouse due to failure to pay these fees.

Please check with your country’s customs office prior to checking out to determine any additional costs you may be responsible for.

Do you offer bulk discounts?

Yes, we do! We offer a 10% discount on purchases of 10 or more items. Please submit a request if you are interested in placing a bulk order.

Do you sell your products wholesale?

Thank you so much for your interest in our products! We have decided to focus our efforts on building relationships directly with our customer base, and do not have wholesale opportunities available currently. If you’d like us to notify you if we decided at a later date to expand into the wholesale market, please submit a request, and we will add you to our interest list.

Refund Policy
What is your refund policy for physical and digital products purchased?

All of our products are non-refundable once your order is placed. However, we fully stand behind the quality of our products. If there is a manufacturing defect or if your package arrives damaged, please let us know within 72 hours of receiving your order. We’ll be happy to send you a replacement.

What is your refund policy on Clubmakse?

Monthly Membership (charged at $59, monthly):  You may cancel your membership at any time, however, due to the delivery of training materials, refunds will not be given for the current month subscription.

Your access to the ClubMäksē group and content will be revoked on the last day of the month in which you canceled your membership.

Quarterly Membership (charged at $150, every 3 months): You may cancel your membership at any time, however, due to the delivery of training materials, refunds will not be given for the current month subscription.

As standard, if you cancel your quarterly membership with more than one month remaining, it is presumed that you'd like to complete your term inside ClubMäksē. In this case, your access to the ClubMäksē group and content will be revoked on the last day of the quarter.

In the event you cancel your quarterly membership before the final month  in your term has begun, your membership will be prorated at $59 per month and you’ll be refunded the difference.

What is ClubMäksē?

ClubMäksē is a monthly membership program to help you go deeper with your goal-setting process. Armed with a faculty of experts, Sierra and the ClubMäksē team will be guiding you through 2022 to help you focus on your goal-setting and stay intentional in your execution.

Each month we'll focus on a topic intentionally selected to meet you where you're at throughout the year. You'll receive a monthly training workbook including the monthly theme and challenge, mental health tips, affirmations and journal prompts, book recommendations plus you'll get one live training every month, a Live Q&A with Sierra and our mental health coach, Tracie, and access to our amazing ClubMäksē community group.

How often can new members join Clubmakse?

Doors to Clubmakse publicly open for the last 7 days of each quarter. Our opening dates for 2022 are as follows: March 24 - 31, June 23 - 30, September 23 - 30. Opening dates for our 2023 terms will be announced later this year.

I’m new to Makselife - do I need Clubmakse to get the most out of my planner?

Absolutely not. If you've committed to a Makselife planner for 2022 you have everything you need to set and achieve your goals. ClubMäksē is your opportunity to go deeper into the nuances of the work throughout your planner pages and extra accountability and support throughout your journey.

If I can’t make the live training times - can I still access the content?

Absolutely! We love #teamreplay! All of your monthly content is housed in a guide within our Facebook group you can easily access anyhthing, whenever you need it!

 You also have access to our private podcast feed, which holds the audio for all of our trainings. Perfect for learning on the go or whenever you can fit it in!

Will I feel behind if I join Clubmakse mid-year?

Absolutely not! The beauty of the Clubmakse curriculum is that, no matter when you jump in, you’ll be perfectly on time. There are no pre-required trainings to participate and we encourage members to just begin, even if they fall behind.

However, when you join you will also get access to our past trainings, workbooks and bonuses from 2022 to consume at your leisure.

Will my membership automatically renew? What day does the payment come out each month?

Once you're signed up, your membership will automatically renew until either you or our customer care team cancel. Your membership will renew on the same day each month. So, if you sign up on 3/29, your monthly membership will renew each month on the 29th and your quarterly membership will renew on 6/29. You have until your renewal date to cancel your membership and avoid being charged. Our Customer Care team are happy to help if you’re having trouble canceling your auto-renew payment.

How can I modify my membership (change payment method, switch from monthly to quarterly billing, cancel, etc.)

To modify your Clubmakse membership first log in to your account on Makselife.com. From your account page, click the button on the bottom left, “Subscriptions”. Click in to your active subscription. From that page you’ll be able to make any changes you need to your membership. If you need help, please contact our Customer Care team and they’ll be happy to help!

What’s included in the Makselife Digital Planner?

Our Makselife Digital Planner includes our Full Dated 12-month Flagship Planner with fully hyperlinked pages, high-quality resolution, and an excellent user experience for easy navigation from all goal pages and calendars.

What is Digital Planning?

Digital planning takes all the fun of paper-planning and puts it on your tablet! Digital Planners are formatted PDF documents with clickable links to help you navigate throughy our planner. You will upload the PDF to an app (e.g. GoodNotes, Notability, and/or Noteshelf.) that is specifically designed to let you annotate or "mark up" your planner!

Each program will have slightly different features but, in general, you will be able to write with a stylus, type up text boxes and move them around, and even add digital stickers

Can I try out the Digital Planner before purchasing?

Yes, we do offer a free sample of our Makselife Digital Planner, so that you can test it out and make sure it’s compatible with your device.Please note that this is a sample and will not have the same functionality as the MäksēLife Digital Planner

If I buy the Digital Planner, can I print it off and make my own paper planner?

Our digital planners aren’t printables and were made specifically for PDF annotated applications. If you are looking for inserts to punch into a disc or ring planning system we recommend checking out our undated inserts.

Will the free Makselife PDFs downloads still be accessible?

Yes! We are not planning on discontinuing our free PDFs now that we have an interactive digital version of our Makselife Planners. We intend to keep our free PDFs available so everyone and members of the #MakseFam can have access to our products and systems, no matter their financial situation.

What devices and applications work with the Makselife Digital Planner & Products?

All of our digital products have been tested on the following devices, operating systems and applications:

●Goodnotes (iPad & iOS Operating System)

●Notability (iPad & iOS Operating System)

●Noteshelf (iPad & iOS Operating System)

●Noteshelf (Samsung Galaxy Tablet & Android Operating System)

Please note: when using an app other than GoodNotes, the experience may be limited. It is recommended that you try the FREE sample on your device before purchasing since we are unable to offer refunds on digital products.

Please note that these apps are available for purchase separately. You can purchase them wherever you are able to download apps on your device (i.e. the App Store or the Google Playstore).

Another important thing to note is that if you decide to use the Makselife Planner Digital on two separate devices that have two different operating systems (e.g., iOS and Android), they will not automatically sync with each other.

Apple devices need to be upgraded to iOS 13 or higher & Androids need to be v6 and higher. The Makselife Digital may work with previous operational versions, but we cannot guarantee functionality.

The devices listed below are incompatible with iOS 13 and higher:

How do I download my Digital Planner?

Upon purchasing your Digital Planner, you'll receive a download purchases email (this email will be separate from your traditional order confirmation email/receipt).

When you click on the link, it will take you to a separate window where your digital goodies will be accessible via download.

You will receive your files as a "zip file". Click on the "zip file" to uncompress the files and unlock your digital goods.

From there, you are able to import your digital files to your preferred app (e.g. Goodnotes, Notability, Noteshelf, etc.)

How many times can I download my Digital Planner?

Your purchase comes with 3 downloads of the MäksēLifeDigital Planner. We recommend uploading your original files to the cloud or Google Drive to permanently save them in case you need to access them at a later time.

Does the MäksēLife Digital Planner sync with other applications (Google Calendar, iCal, etc.)?

No, digital planners do not sync with other digital calendars.

Digital planners are not designed to work this way. Think of your MäksēLife Digital Planner the same way as your physical planner, just on your tablet! Just like a paper planner, you will need to enter any scheduled events into your planner either by writing it i nwith a stylus or typing it.

An exciting thing to note is that if you are using the MäksēLife Digital Planner on two devices that have the same operating systems (e.g. iPhone and iPad), they WILL automatically sync up with each other and you can access your digital planner from multiple devices.

How can I learn more about how to navigate and use the MäksēLife Digital Planner on application?

Depending on the app you choose, the best references for getting more familiar with the inner mechanisms of navigation is to visit the apps support website. They do a great job of creating and curating tips, step-by-step instructions, and guides on how to best utilize the apps' functions.

How do I unzip my Digital Files on my iPad or Tablet?

How to Unzip a file on Andriod: Every Android tablet comes with a file manager app, but they're typically barebones and can't open ZIP files. Thankfully, several apps on the Google Play Store can do it for free. The one we recommend is "Files by Google."

Download Files by Google from the Google Play Store on your Android device.

Open the app and locate the ZIP file you would like to open. Look for a "Downloads" folder if you downloaded the compressed file.

Select the file to bring up the Extracting dialog. Tap the "Extract" button to open the file. (see attached picture named android help 1) 

You'll see a progress bar, and then the dialog will tell you the file has been unzipped. Tap "Done" to finish. If you'd like to discard the ZIP file, you can check the "Delete ZIP File" box while closing the pop-up menu. (see attached picture named android help 2) 

That's it! The extracted contents from the ZIP file will be placed in the same folder location as the ZIP file itself.

 

How to Unzip a file on iOS: You can easily unzip and uncompress zip archives directly from the Files app on iPhone and iPad.

Open the Files app on iPhone or iPad

Navigate to the Zip file you want to open and unzip

Tap and hold on the zip archive file name, then choose “Uncompress” from the options in the pop-up menu

Wait a moment for the unzipped file contents to appear in the same folder in Files app as the original zip archive

Repeat with other zip files you wish to unzip if necessary

Small zip files will unzip and uncompress basically instantly in Files app. For large zip files, it may take a moment or two before the zip archive has uncompressed all contents.
