No. When your points are redeemed, you'll be issued a coupon code to be used on your next order. This code can only be used once.

For example, if you redeem your points for a $100 off coupon code, and use that on a $75 order, you will lose the remaining $25 you redeemed.

No, points are not issued for gift card purchases. Instead, points will be awared to the person who redeems the gift card.

In order to receive your birthday gift, your birth date needs to be entered into the system more than 30 days before your birthday. (e.g. if your birthday is on October 30th, you'll need to enter your birthday before September 30th to get birthday points this year).

Of course not! Once you've created your account, click through the steps to follow and like for MaksePoints. Our system will know that you already follow us and you'll get your points.

Open your rewards dashboard. At the top you'll see your rewards balance. You'll also see either 1) how close you are to reaching the next rewards tier or 2) the highest tier you're eligible to redeem. From there you can either click the "redeem" button or click "ways to redeem" to see other tiers that you may be eligible for.

No! Once your points are redeemed, your coupon code will be saved in your MaksePoints dashboard so you can access it when you're ready to check out!

When you sign up for MaksePoints Rewards, you'll get issued a unique link to share with your family and friends.

When your friends click your link, they'll be prompted to enter their email address to claim their $5 gift. Their $5 coupon will be sent straight to their inbox!

When your friend's order ships, 500 points will automatically be added to your MaksePoints account.
