Shipping policy

*PLEASE NOTE: Any free shipping promotions we run do not combine with coupon codes. If you input a coupon code at checkout it may kick off the free shipping promotion. Please choose whichever promotion gives you the most bang for your buck (e.g. if you have a $20 MaksePoints coupon code, but your shipping is only $5, you'd be better off using your MaksePoints code).

Domestic Shipping (Planner products + Accessories):

Most US orders are shipped via USPS.

Larger orders may be shipped using UPS Surepost. Your order will be shipped via UPS, but they may transfer your order to USPS to complete the delivery. 

We offer flat rate domestic (US) shipping as follows:

International Shipping:

We currently offering international shipping, worldwide. Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. If we do not ship to your country, shipping options will show as unavailable at check-out.

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. These import duties and taxes are not included in your shipping charge at checkout. MäksēLife is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer. If you refuse to pay these fees and your order is returned to us, your shipping costs will not be refunded and a $10 restocking fee will be withheld from your refund.

Apparel Shipping:

Merch and apparel is shipped separately from your planner products (even if in the same order). Shipping is also charged separately for all merch and apparel. (example, if you buy 1 planner, 1 hat and 1 t-shirt, you will be charged the hat shipping fee, the tshirt shipping fee and our planner product shipping fee)

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its' status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. You can also check the status of your order at any time by logging into your Makselife.com account.

If you haven't received your order within 14 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at hello@makselife.com with your name and order number and our customer care team will look into it for you.

Refunds, returns, and exchanges

All of our products are non-refundable once your order is placed. However, we fully stand by the quality of our products. If there is a manufacturing defect or if your package arrives damaged, please let us know within 72 hours of receiving your order.

If you return your package to us, you will be refunded for the purchase price minus shipping fees and a $10 restocking fee.
