Q2 is here, and in ClubMäksē we're spending April through June on the things that can shape how your everyday life feels: your environment, how you care for yourself, and what fun and joy look like for you right now. And we’re not doing this in a hustle-harder kind of way, but in a let’s-make-this-actually-sustainable way.
Whether April feels like your January 1, a fresh beginning and a chance to notice what matters to you, or if you've been getting into rhythms and this quarter is the next step, we're here to walk with you as you consider what you want from your Physical Environment, Health + Wellness, and Fun + Recreation areas of life.

April - Physical Environment
Focus: Calm Spaces + Nervous System Support
