The Power of Tiny Yes's
Any chance you’re feeling like life is already asking too much from you?
Maybe you’ve been reading these letters from me, or hovering on the edge of our community, wishing you could say a big, bold YES… but right now, all you have is the tiniest spark.
I see you. I’ve been there, too–especially after year upon year of “unprecedented times.”
That’s exactly why I created Season of Yes: to meet you wherever you are, in whatever season of life you’re in (but especially the messy middles!).
This program wasn’t designed for you to show up with fireworks or be “all in” every single week. This season is your invitation to show up however you need, in order to remember the parts of yourself that have been shelved, forgotten, or pushed aside.
They lied. Size doesn’t matter: A tiny yes is still a doorway.
Maybe a ‘yes’ is pressing play on an old song, letting nostalgia wash over you for a minute, or allowing yourself to hope for something small and sweet.
Maybe it’s replying to a thread in the app, even if your voice shakes. (Trust me, vulnerability hangovers in new online spaces are real–we’ve all been there. We gotchu!)
Maybe it’s logging in to movie night, PJ’s on, camera off, just listening and remembering you’re not alone.
OR…Maybe it’s simply carving out time to honor your inner child, and the parts of you that crave to be seen and experienced.
Some of the deepest work we’ve witnessed in this community started with those quiet, nearly invisible yes’s–the ones that felt small, but were actually brave.
You have to start somewhere. If all you can manage right now is a tiny yes, let it be enough.
You don’t have to be “ready.” You don’t have to know what you’ll do next. You just have to show up for yourself, in whatever way feels right.
Season of Yes is a space where your smallest effort, your softest hope, is celebrated. Whether you’re here for every event or just peeking in from the hallway, you belong. You are exactly on time for your own life, and we’re here to support you in that knowing.
So here’s my invitation: If you want, leave a comment below and tell us your tiniest yes this week. We’d love to honor it—and you. Because sometimes, that tiny yes is the first step home.

With love (and nostalgia),
Sierra
