I knew writing daily intentions is helpful but I struggled with creating them. This little journal really helps narrow my focus and how I want to feel and where I want to place my energy each day. I love this journal and how easy the prompts make it to stick with a daily practice. The paper is awesome and the feel of it is wonderful.
This has been game changing for me! Beginning every day with intentionality, and esp thinking of one quick action to take to move me in a positive direction has been awesome.
Initially I wasn’t going to get this, but after I saw a few comments in the FB group, I quickly added it to my cart. I am so happy I did! Filling this out provides clarity and focus, and directs my thoughts to my day ahead. So helpful!
I was more inclined to use the reflections journal, but I have to say that this has been very helpful for me to start my day in a positive mindset.
I love that you can adapt the questions to meet your personal needs, and find some clarity for your day. Highly recommend!
The price point seems steep until you physically have the notebook in hand. The cover is beautiful--gently textured--and thick enough to protect its contents. The rainbow lines are subtler than the pics, which I prefer. But the best part is the system. The order of the prompts helps me acknowledge my current state (aka grumpy pessimist) and feel more empowered with positive intentionality. A week in and I'm already seeing drastic improvements.
