Reflecting on your actions, thoughts, and feelings is one of the most powerful tools in the MäksēLife system, so we created a daily reflection notebook that goes beyond the monthly reflections you’ll find in our planners. Each day you’ll celebrate your wins, then explore what didn’t work and why.
With our Evening Reflections + Gratitude Notebook, reflection and gratitude becomes a daily habit so you'll end each day with knowledge and clarity.

I absolutely love the purpose behind the Evening Reflections + Gratitude Journal! As someone who is working on becoming more mindful and appreciating the little things in life, I love the idea of taking a few moments each evening to reflect on my day. I've always found it challenging to sit down and journal without some guidance, so I especially appreciate having a more structured approach to reflection and gratitude. I'm looking forward to making this part of my evening routine and ending each day focusing on the positives rather than everything left on my to-do list. Another meaningful addition to my MäksēLife collection!
I've been wanting a journaling practice since I was in elementary school, and the Daily Intention and Evening Reflection journals are helping me to finally realize that goal. They are the first journals, guided or otherwise, that I have consistenly engaged with. I'm now on my second set since starting around the end of November 2025. They are valuable tools for me in my self-reflection practice and moving with integrity.
I've been wanting to establish a journaling routine since my 5th-grade teacher asked me to write about my day. Well, it's 30-some-odd-years later, and I'm closer to reaching that goal thanks to this guided journal. I've gone through many journals over the years, some tossed aside after the first few entries, but I'm already on my second Evening Reflections journal since writing my first entry back in Nov. 2025.
I needed something to jump start my ambition for my new goals. This reflection notebook reveals my progress at the end of the day and asks how I can do better. It’s like having my own therapist; someone to talk to. Love it!!
Just a very well put together and simple journal. Easy to use and such a clear way to reflect
