I absolutely love the concept behind the Daily Intentions Journal! As someone who is working toward creating healthier routines, becoming more mindful, and making time for personal growth, I appreciate having a dedicated space to focus on what truly matters each day. I'm still becoming familiar with the MäksēLife system, but I especially love the idea of beginning my mornings with purpose rather than simply rushing into another busy day. I've been wanting a journaling practice since I was in elementary school, and the Daily Intention and Evening Reflection journals are helping me to finally realize that goal. They are the first journals, guided or otherwise, that I have consistenly engaged with. I'm now on my second set since starting around the end of November 2025. They are valuable tools for me in my self-reflection practice and moving with integrity.
Absolutely loving my daily intentions notebook! It is now the first thing I do every morning and helps set up my day for success. Even if you don’t use a Makselife planner or goal system, this daily intentions notebook can be used all on its own. I highly recommend this book to start off your day right!
I knew writing daily intentions is helpful but I struggled with creating them. This little journal really helps narrow my focus and how I want to feel and where I want to place my energy each day. I love this journal and how easy the prompts make it to stick with a daily practice. The paper is awesome and the feel of it is wonderful.
